Swan Nest: Iceland’s Volcanic Summerhouse Architecture
Designed by Yrki Arkitektar, Swan Nest is an Icelandic summerhouse overlooking an active volcano. Its dark, rugged concrete, stone, and steel design, along with a yard roof and thermally-treated wood, harmonizes with the volcanic lava landscape.
